Coach Corbs, Season 3🎬🏃🏽‍♂️

Wow. What a season. Two of my kids made it to State for their first time. One of them walked away with a State Title. I really have no words except God is SO good. I’m so proud of all of my kids and I’m excited for next year with them.

My heart hurts that I gotta let Latayvian go thrive in college, but I’m so blessed to watch him become the hurdler & young man he’s become. One of the hardest workers I’ve coached so far and he’ll be irreplaceable in more ways than on the track. Destined for greatness, and it won’t take long for it to arrive. My 2025 Highlights w/ Notes📝🤎

1. My siblings will always be my favorite people to spend time with. Thank you Mom & Dad for giving me them💜
2. 25 years on this earth. Capable of so much more than I ever thought I could be.
3. I love my family💜
4. I love my friends. Thank you for always being solid through literally everything🫶🏽
5. I learned what it’s like to almost lose my life. I thank God for every day I get to live.
6. Bought my first car on my own🥳🚗
7. Came back to NKC to help kids create a future for themselves!🐝
8. Pause for the fit check💃🏽
9. My brother is so awesome & cool!
10. Fell in love with my bestfriend💞
11. Still experimenting w/ my photography

13. Learning about Hispanic culture has been one of the best decisions of my life. Top 5 at least.

What a blessing it is to have the opportunity to positively impact these kids, watch them grow and do it with something I hold so close to my heart. I learned so much about myself, coaching and just life this season and, of course, there’s so much to improve for next season. I can’t wait to become a better coach for these kids because there’s so much potential in their futures. Time for Summer☀️

- My first Sectionals athlete🎉

A dream, unrealized.

So, I’ve started experimenting with videography and stretching my creativity. Talking extensively with @gaberialbooker, he’s helped me kind of think outside my original box. It lead to this, my first… let’s call it a project. Also, a quick blurb on imposter syndrome/confidence. I’ve been wanting to post this for a while now but never had the courage to. However, if I don’t share my work, who will?? So, this is me throwing it out there for the sake of putting myself out there🤞🏾

I have a lot more ideas and things to improve on, but those will come in time. Anyway, enjoy the short and lmk what y’all think in the comments💬 by @curly_corbs
