Oooh those twirly whirly ringlets are back after a week or two of curl shock (is that a thing??) I’m starting to enjoy the new length now - far less product being used and much, much easier to style and dry. However, the downside is that it needs a refresh - and who even has time for that?! With my longer hair, I could pull it down from its overnight pineapple and as long as it ‘rested’ for half hour or so, it was good to go. With the shorter hair, it just looks sad and limp if I try and do that so I’ve had to start doing some kind of refresh. Today is day 3, full wet refresh and I actually really liked it. Whats your go to refresh?

You may remember, last week I had a long awaited trip to the hairdressers. The lovely @abbierose_at_hairven cut off a LOT of hair and I had it straight for a few days. Finally got the curls back this morning and I really like it! Might need to change the way I style it as its not as heavy and definitely more bouncy than it was… and, you should have seen me on auto pilot trying to pour out my products in the amounts for long hair 😬🤣 The next few wash days are going to be fun!

Rocking day 4 or 5 hair, in an attempt to record what my hair looks like. Its currently down to my hips when straight (don’t get too excited, I have a short body! 😝), and pretty long whilst curly. Seeing my stylist today for the first time in forever, and I am in one of those moods where I fear I will ask for more than usual amounts of hair cut off 😱 …. Don’t judge me, the UK has been in lockdown since I can’t remember when, I haven’t seen anyone since I can’t remember when, this might be me lashing out! 😅 Either way, I’m sure I will be reporting back later on my stories.
