@newyorkcomiccon Year 3!

Walked almost 14,000 steps. Though the walk to the train station will 100% change that. Finally sat through a panel. (I did not make it to one the past 2 years.) I got the most perfect drawing of Lizzie! Explored the expo hall and spent way too much money! 😅

I’m exhausted! If you need me I will not be moving at all until Monday 😂

Happy Sunday!

Do you watch scary movies?
So I’m the biggest chicken and can’t watch scary movies at all. A little spooky? yes. Scary or horror? Nope!
This week’s #pawsitivelyspooky is sharing your favorite scary movie. While I don’t have one of those I do have a favorite spooky movie. I love the Disney Tower of Terror movie. It’s been a bit since I’ve watched it but it’s the reason why I love ride’s story. Even though I’m too chicken to actually go on the ride 😅

Happy Friday!

Sharing the one book I actually finished last month. While it wasn’t my best reading month I really enjoyed this book! I read Blood in the Water by Tiffany D. Jackson last year and loved it! So I of course had to read Ghost in the Night. It was the perfect spooky middle grade read! I love that the author includes the history of where the book takes place into the story. Amazing read as always!

Happy Tuesday!

Sharing my favorite author for this week’s #pawsitivelyspooky2026
I have a few favorite authors but V.E. Schwab is at the top of my list. Her books have quickly become some of my favorites! Especially the City of Ghosts trilogy and A Darker Shade of Magic books. I just love them!

Happy Spooky Season 👻🎃

I know it still hot outside and fall doesn’t start for a few more weeks. Technically if we were going by Disney’s calendar fall starts the beginning of August. So we’ll go with that!

Anyways here’s my spooky season TBR for the first week of #pawsitivelyspooky2026

Hope you all have a great day!

Happy Tuesday!

Finished reading The Best Dog in the World last week and oh my gosh 😭 It’s a collection of essays from 14 different authors about the pets that made an impact on their life. Now like most collection of essay there were some I enjoyed more than others.
As a dog lover let me tell you I sobbed. Especially after reading about Emily Henry’s dog Dottie.

I highly recommend this read for dog lovers. Just make sure you have some tissues on hand!

Happy Wednesday!

Finished my first read of the month. I started The Tyrants Tomb and the end of April and finally finished it on Saturday. This was reread for me but I really enjoyed it. Even though I got distracted by other books and it took me a while to get through…oops.
Now on to the final book of the series which I’ve never read. So that will be fun.

Hope you all have a great day!

p.s. Lizzie turns 1 next week 😭
