4 for 4 🏆

Yet surprisingly it’s never the result that crosses my mind every time I’m given the opportunity to step on stage. There’s the cliché about the journey being more important than the destination but I’m grateful & honoured to get a better understanding of it every time I reflect on the weeks of training/dieting leading up to these. It’s taken for granted how much passion can alter your perspective of mundane tasks like walking on a treadmill or cooking up food you don’t want to eat for the 4th time today and make it feel so much more rewarding. Those moments are usually the only thing that occupy my mind on the day and motivate me to just have fun because it’s what all the work was for.

Grateful to @shaye_best for my introduction to the sport in 2024, grateful to @jaco_beast_fitness for standing by my side and always getting better out of me & eternally grateful for my support system for making me feel like a winner everyday. Thank you @tyla_gloyne for dealing with me through the highs & lows, boiled chicken and Mondvol cookies, & everything in between ❤️
