Stranger Alert

Wow it's been a serious hot minute posting here

Shit hair, it not playing ball, life, work all reasons of not posting... But washed last night and this morning I was pleasantly surprised that my curls had held for a change

Definitely not what they once was, but definitely an improvement so thought why the heck not say hi 👋

I've been lurking more on my other IG @allura_craft

You won't see much of my hair or face on there too often though 😂😂😂

Grey's InComing Thick & Fast

Think this is the longest I have left the Grey's.. sometime I like them and other times not so much.. I didn't even dye my hair before the wedding so they are in all the pics glistening proud.

Crikey when you throw the curls up though, gosh do they go PING

Wedding Curls

If you don't know already, I'm a little introverted and having body dysmorphia disorder asking you if you wanted to see my wedding curls and your resounding reply's of yes was so heart warming, but then the realisation you'd see more than just my face 😱 .. it was a magical day and so I'm pushing those things to one side and here they are.

#curlfriendsarethebestfriends

There are many more "unprofessional" photos from family, but here you have a few of the teaser pictures our amazing photographer sent us to feast on whilst he gets them all finalised.

🔆𝔸 𝕃𝕚𝕝 𝔻𝕒𝕪 𝟛, 𝕚𝕟 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕞𝕠𝕣𝕟𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕝𝕚𝕘𝕙𝕥🔆

I've been using some NEW products combined with old ones

For day 3 & absolutely no refresh crikey can't grumble with this

This is my 2nd wash with new products and change the old product on both occasions as one was protein and the other not just to see the difference

The first wash was for my wedding day so was risky to do, but it paid off... I'm interested - would you like to see my wedding curls ? 🌷

Sorry it's been sooo long

But Hi 👋

Life's full on and I just haven't found the want, energy or capacity to come on and see you lovely lot.

°Struggling with if I've made the right choice of new job
°Struggling with my weight
°Struggling with my hair and skin
°Struggling with juggling life in general & my wedding is fast approaching.

Just hoping by putting it down I can see a path through.

P.s fake smile alert... I tried so hard. by @curlykel_s

My hair has absorbed all my moods I think

On training so mentally drained

⚡Feeling deflated
⚡Limp and feeling meh
⚡Not playing
⚡Not happy

Arrrgh, but I don't have the mental capacity to play it's stupid games

Keeping it real 🤘

First day of proper training on new job, and back to the home working life of messy hair, no make up coming at ya

Appreciation Post.

Thanks hair, for being kind - I'm loving you.

Day three and nothing but a @bambonnhaircare has touch my hair at night. Not another product, not a drickle of water.

I'm disappointed that the grey's are hitting hard and so going to have to dye it as the current colour looks fairly natural

Had a fairly big chop maybe 3/4 inches, I just said to the collar bone so what ever that was.

But can confirm there was loads of curl murder on the dance floor 🤭

My scalp loooves it, and I'm really diggin it too.

It feels light, voluminous, bouncy and feels like it's me already.

Is it perfectly curly/ wavy ? Nope, but I'm still loving it so who cares.

Length Check

Got a snip cut and snip booked for Monday

Soo many people strive for long curly hair .. but I'm thinking of chopping this all off to collarbone length so perhaps a good few inches as well as layers added.

My top canopy is long and heavy and I think the length is just adding to less body.

With my wedding coming up most people keep their hair as long as possible to style ...but I'm thinking I want it shorter

What do you think my lovelies ?

Friday Curls

Wowsa they have come
out to play today from yesterday's #washdayroutine

However it wants to fall middle part and I'm not about that, however I try to flip a side part in it looks daft as my curls are tight for me and sits ridiculous.. here's to tomorrow to see if it settles in

On other news, it's my last day of my current work today after 5yrs.. I'm feeling really indifferent. BUT change is good and onwards and upwards for the next work chapter of life after a nice two week break 🙂
