A Letter to VCU,
Thank you for the version of me I met here. For the long nights, hard conversations, silent prayers, and the moments I had to choose myself over my fears. You gave me more than degrees; you gave me proof that Black Women can move through spaces never built for us and still do it with grace, softness, and intention. Every lesson shaped me, every setback refined me, and every win reminded me that I belong in every room I walk into. I leave here not only accomplished, but transformed. Rooted in purpose, wrapped in gratitude, and stepping into my career with confidence, faith, and love.
Forever a Ram,

“ For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11

On May 11, 2024 my life changed for the better. A seed was planted inside of me by God, and was watered by knowledge, ideology and love. This road was tumultuous but I can now say i am officially done with the B.S.
