This is the FIRST TIME we see Sack Mask Jason aka Burlap Sack Jason in Peacock’s Crystal Lake series - the Friday the 13th prequel series by A24
Everyone thinks Jason = hockey mask but nahhh - while the most iconic image of Jason is of him wearing a hockey mask, Pamela didn’t wear a disguise initially and, in Friday the 13th Part 2, Jason merely wore a burlap sack to hide his identity. It wasn’t until Friday the 13th Part III that Jason acquired his famous hockey mask
This clip is Episode 8 - The Final Chapter - We first see him with the full sackcloth mask on in the last episode of the series, titled “The Final Chapter.” Episode 8 of Crystal Lake establishes Jason in that burlap sack face-covering in a callback to the second film and Jason Voorhees wears the same burlap sack from the movies
This is Grown Up Jason - At the end of Crystal Lake, Jason returns from his supposed drowning with accelerated growth and is now an adult He’s played by Jonathan Tison, having grown much larger in the year since his supposed drowning and wearing the one-eyed sack mask the character wore in Friday the 13th Part 2
That POV shot through the single eyehole?? That’s literally Jason’s Sackcloth Mask Looks Just Like the One He Originally Wears in Friday the 13th Part II and then he does that brutal machete kill in the woods 💀
No hockey mask yet btw - showrunner said if Season 2 happens they might flash-forward to hockey mask era
Is sack mask scarier than hockey mask?? 👀

😭 the biggest hypocrite in horror history fr
This is Pamela Voorhees in Crystal Lake series - the Friday the 13th prequel series on Peacock Original by A24 - telling young Jason he would never harm anybody 🥺 then literally doing an axe kill 2 seconds later with the Spongebob “a few moments later” meme
This is the Elias Voorhees axe murder + campfire massacre from Episode 1 - Pamela killed Elias with an axe and dumped him in Crystal Lake - group of teenagers listen to Steve Christy relay the story of Pamela and Jason around a campfire and then she snaps
Mother of the year? 💀🔪

🦄 Just the most “family-friendly” watch of the year! Actually, it is a brilliant R-rated psychological horror movie that turns a 90s-style kids’ show into an absolute nightmare. Inside the bright, astroturf world of “It’s Buddy!”, a 7-foot orange unicorn (voiced by Keegan-Michael Key) forces trapped children to sing and dance—and if they disobey, they vanish mid-song and get replaced. Directed by Casper Kelly, the story follows Freddy (Delaney Quinn) trying to survive this VHS-purgatory, while Grace (Cristin Milioti), a real-world mom, uncovers a psychic link to the show. This Sundance hit perfectly captures the terror of your childhood memories turning into a brutal, looping thriller.

🏃‍♂️💨 Just James McAvoy absolutely unleashing his feral side as “The Beast” (Kevin Wendell Crumb) in the 2019 American superhero thriller Glass! Directed by M. Night Shyamalan, this movie serves as the epic final installment of the Unbreakable trilogy, following Unbreakable and Split. McAvoy trained extensively to get in peak physical shape to play this villainous alter-ego, and his intense, animalistic gallop across the psychiatric facility lawn has become top-tier meme material 😂. The film, which earned $247 million worldwide, also stars Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson in an ultimate superhuman showdown. Tag a dude who goes full goblin mode when he wants a hit! 💀

😴 Just pop icon Lady Gaga proving she is literally all of us after a long day! This viral clip shows Lady Gaga starting an Instagram Live from her bed before immediately drifting off to sleep. After briefly greeting her viewers in the dim video, she lies back under the covers and falls asleep with audible breathing while the live stream comments keep scrolling. Curator GRITX reposted this legendary moment in June 2026, reminding fans of the hilarious contrast between her high-energy stadium performances and this unplanned, sleepy broadcast.

💀 It is the ultimate family dynamic captured in prehistoric perfection! In DreamWorks Animation’s 2013 hit The Croods, patriarch Grug (voiced by the legendary Nicolas Cage) is just trying to lead his family through the treacherous “Croodaceous” era... but his real struggle is hiding his disappointment every time his mother-in-law, Gran, survives another near-death experience 😭. The way his face drops when she pops up alive is absolute cinematic gold! This animated adventure comedy was so good it scored a Best Animated Feature nomination.

🤯 Just one of the most unintentionally hilarious and chaotic live TV moments ever recorded! While this news reporter is completely locked in, holding a flyer and delivering a serious broadcast about a local drive-by, absolute madness unfolds right behind her. A skateboarder literally crashes straight into a moving car in the background, and she doesn’t even blink! 🛹💥🚗 The comedic timing of the background characters is so unreal it feels like a scene straight out of a sitcom.

🎬 It is just one of the most chilling, morally ambiguous revenge sequences ever put on film! 💀 This is the unforgettable dinner table confrontation from the 2015 American crime thriller Sicario. Operating way outside legal boundaries, Benicio del Toro’s character flawlessly executes a brutal cartel boss and his family to avenge his own. Directed by Denis Villeneuve and backed by an Oscar-nominated, pulse-pounding score by Jóhann Jóhannsson, the movie is a tense masterpiece. With Sicario 3: Capos officially heading into production for early 2027, Peaky Blinders writer Steven Knight is stepping in to replace original writer Taylor Sheridan, sparking massive debate among fans on whether the franchise can maintain this exact ruthless tone.

🚩 Just one of the most delusional and heavily debated moments from Love Island USA! 🌴 When confronted about giving her fellow islander “space”, Huda tries to flip the script and play the ultimate victim card by asking Chris, “Like if I was ugly, would it make it better?”. Instead of taking accountability for her actions or the drama she caused, she completely misses the plot and tries to manipulate the situation, implying the other girls are just jealous of her looks 💀. Chris hitting her with the immediate, deadpan “No” is absolute reality TV gold! 🏆

☕️ Just the most iconic reality TV shut down of the year! 💅 Olandria Carthen did not hold back at the Love Island USA Season 7 Reunion when she confronted Coco. After being dumped from the villa, Coco threw public shade on podcasts and live streams, then tried to do damage control with a private DM apology before the reunion. But Olandria wasn’t having it, delivering the legendary line: “Yeah, I read it. I wasn’t f***ing with it.”. She made it crystal clear: if you disrespect someone in front of the whole world, any apologies or resolutions need to happen on that exact same public stage! 🗣️ Tag a friend who needs this unbothered energy! 👇

🤔 Just the most hilariously awkward miscommunication in reality TV history! 💀 Huda is out here trying to have a serious heart-to-heart about being an actual mother, and bro’s first instinct is to reply with “Mamacita” 😭 The way his brain completely blue-screened when she said she has a daughter is pure comedy. He genuinely had to clarify if she was the mom of a dog! No sir, she is raising a literal human child in real life! 🤦‍♀️ This viral Love Island USA moment lives rent-free in our heads because the math was simply not mathing for him. 📉 Send this to someone who takes way too long to process basic conversations! 😂
