Behind the headlines and celebrity news are real people—families, workers, and neighbors—who’ve lost everything in the Malibu fires. Their resilience is inspiring, but the road to rebuilding is long and filled with challenges. Let’s not forget their stories or their need for support. Together, we can help them rise from the ashes.

💔 If you’re able, please consider donating to local organizations providing relief. Every bit helps.

A few moments from Nepal that stayed with me.

Grateful to witness such beauty, humanity, and depth through the lens of a dear friend.

At the great stupa,
where prayers circle the sky
and silence speaks.

Each step… a turning inward.
Each breath… a remembrance.

What is it that is truly here?

Radiant Emptiness.

Stillness isn’t static.
Even the smallest movement belongs.
Watching the day exhale.

SOMETIMES HEALING DOESN’T COME AS A BIG MOMENT.
IT COMES AS A PRACTICE.

STEPPING INTO A SUPPORTIVE SPACE.
LEARNING HOW TO PAUSE.
REMEMBERING HOW TO BREATHE.
COMING BACK TO CENTER — AGAIN AND AGAIN.

THIS PATH CHANGED MY LIFE.
NOW I CREATE RETREATS SO OTHERS CAN EXPERIENCE
THAT SAME RETURN TO THEMSELVES.

STEP OUT OF THE NOISE.
COME BACK TO YOURSELF.
REMEMBER WHAT REALLY MATTERS.

RADIANT EMPTINESS — PATAN • APRIL 7–13

A sacred pilgrimage with meditation, yoga, and daily visits to holy places—temple courtyards, prayer wheels, butter lamps, sunrise tea, and deep quiet in the Kathmandu Valley.

Breathe in… breathe out…
Come for beauty. Come for depth. Come for space.
