I don’t know how @leahvjonesuphigh was able to create the feeling of what it is like to spin on cyr wheel, but her editing expertise has truly nailed it. This is exactly the way that it feels.

And, of course, @wittypixel_productions is a master of capture! 🎥 taken in 12th Avenue Arts by @curtissemma

Sometimes the only thing that makes sense is spinning. How funny is that.

Looking forward to spinning up the stage soon with @acrobaticconundrum in The Circus of Second Chances next month.

Circus of Second Chances 2025

This was such a magical year for us, I never expected there to be such growth.
It meant more than anything to be back on my (dearest beloved) wheel.

What a friggin treasure.

Really feeling the threshold of this new season we are entering 🍂🍁 and the beginnings of a new project for January 2027. It can feel… interesting stepping over that threshold to something new… hard even when you don’t know what’s on the other side.

So it only makes sense to do a little throw back to our Vol. 9 show, Thresholds! This 2022 project was full of incredible creatives and a world where doorways were open to all kinds of ideas. 🚪

Performers:
@thekidontherope
@pj.perryalist
@dreamefrohe
@needleandpine
@leahvjonesuphigh
@cirquemusings
@guppygbby
@curtissemma
@dancingivy14

Production:
@max.sarkowsky
@bbartlgeller
@stellamadella
@the.wandering.smith

📸And the BIGGEST thank you to @sanderlingphotography for truly capturing the essence of this show! You are such a commited creative and your work is simply sublime! 📸

All of these Gregory Awards nominations @theatrepugetsound are SO exciting!

I’m blown away by how many noms the Circus of Second Chances is up for, it feels just awesome. I love our show so much and I love this act so much, what a dream. So lucky to work with such amazing people on truly rewarding projects!

Here’s a clip of my last run of this piece at the @albertacircusarts festival up in Canada. Probably our best run yet.

It’s been 15 years since touching hot glass and maaaaaan was it just the best. I did NOT think that it was going to happen again for me, so this birthday present was just…😭😭😭

It was wild how much my body forgot, how much that part of my brain was dusty and slow to assess (everything). Heat, pressure, timing…

But it didn’t matter how clumsy I felt, I effing love that feeling. It’s like being in a dream and knowing it, you are aware but you know the clock is ticking so you’ll wake up soon. Your own excitement at knowing you are lucid dreaming makes it hard to be present. Like we could do anything in this here dream, so, eeeep! It’s that awesome.

So I will love my cutie paperweight so stinkin’ much! And thanks again, Nina, like so so much.

Big thanks to Darrian Cables!

…right after this I got super sick and dashed days of sweet plans . I wonder if this was too good the universe was like, “Okay girl you need to chill meow.” Ha. by @curtissemma

I had a dream about this act the other night. I don’t know what it means, but in the dream, the shark and I started a swim school for children who struggled with reading…

Still musing on THAT meaning 😂

That’s Emma, pulling herself up into her hoop on the troll bridge, being more fairy than I could have imagined when she signed on for the shoot.

She modeled the first round of these last year and they sold out. So we brought them back for year two, reimagined.

She’s off flying through the air somewhere in the lower 48 these days and wasn’t around for this shoot, so I brought her timeless flight footage back instead.

🌬️She caught exactly what these Fairy Cuffs are supposed to make us feel.

Fairy Leaf Latch Cuff, round 2.0. Granulation running down the center now, for the dewdrops that are on everything here, and for the way they catch the sun.

Plus the new Stillwater cuff, same energy, but think bigger, fairy sister.

New stones. New design. Same feeling.

There’s a twist on this launch.

I’ve never done it this way before and it’s something fun for all of you. More info up in my stories if you wanna know about it!

Tomorrow at 1pm Alaska time, 2pm Pacific. VIP fam first, everyone else the following morning.

🧚‍♀️Drop ‘WRIST’ below and I’ll send you my sizing guide so you can spend your time on the stones instead.

Endless gratitude to you, Emma @curtissemma for a summer of friendship and photographs that I’ll never forget! ✨ taken in Petersburg, Alaska by @curtissemma

Hard to believe it’s only been a month since performing the Circus of Second Chances at the Alberta Circus Festival! We had such an incredible show on that stage, our audience was truly special.

Here are some sweet moments from that night, courtesy of @alwaysepicphotos !

And the BIGGEST thank you to @albertacircusarts for having us! It was such a gift to share this show at such a fun festival!
