Kathakali is coming to Curve Venue this Friday 23 October.

The evening starts with support act, Swetha Mangalath, a Mohiniattam dancer. Mohiniattam is the female classical dance of Kerala, serene and beautiful swaying movements that take you to a place of tranquillity.

Kathakali evolved from earlier temple art forms in the 17th century and is based on Hinduism. It is a highly charged powerful drama that combines devotion with performance to produce one of the most impressive forms of sacred theatre in the world.

This performance offers a rare opportunity to see Kathakali in this country, view the makeup, see the costumes and meet the artists.

Tribute To Polski Jazz to projekt przypominający polskie melodie jazzowe z lat 70. i 80. w nowych aranżacjach. 7-osobowy zespół złożoby z absolutnie topowych polskich jazzmanów: @tomasz_wendt @igi.wendt @jaceknamyslowski @_lem4n zagrają materiał pełen energii ale i nie zabraknie nostalgicznych momentów.
