We’re excited to announce the Cushing Academy Athletic Hall of Fame, a new initiative celebrating the people and teams who have shaped the legacy of Cushing Athletics.

The inaugural class will be inducted in fall 2027, with new classes selected every two years by a committee of alumni, faculty, staff, administrators, and current and former coaches.

Nominations are now open!

Last Friday, Cushing Academy was thrilled to welcome back Jane Steiger ’71 and her classmate Leslie Vincent ’71 for a special day on campus!
Jane is the proud recipient of the 2026 Thomas Parkman Cushing Award, presented annually to an alumnus/a who demonstrates exceptional commitment, dedication, passion, and service to Cushing Academy and society at large.
To celebrate, Jane and Leslie took a guided tour of campus, reconnected with familiar spaces, visited modern student facilities, and enjoyed lunch with Dr. Bertin.
Events like these remind us that the bonds formed in Ashburnham last a lifetime. Thank you, Jane, for your extraordinary service to our community, and thank you, Leslie, for showing us the true meaning of Cushing friendship across 50+ years! by @cushingacademy

Our October Open House was a great success! Prospective students and their families had a chance to meet with Cushing students, teachers, coaches, and advisors, attend an All-School Assembly, and have lunch at the Fisher-Watkins Dining Commons.
