After months of planning, pattern matching, and thoughtful design, the Tartan Sitting Room in Beacon Hill is finally coming to life. The family’s ancestral tartan has found its place as both inspiration and centerpiece, now wrapping the walls in rich texture and color. Paired with matching drapery and newly installed light fixtures, the room exudes warmth and character, creating an inviting atmosphere that feels both timeless and personal.

This space tells a story of heritage and home. Every element, from the wall upholstery to the layered fabrics, was chosen to celebrate the family’s Scottish roots while enhancing the cozy scale of the room. The tartan creates a cocoon-like comfort that makes this sitting room the perfect retreat on a rainy day. It is a space meant for quiet moments, a cup of tea, and meaningful conversation.

After a long journey to reach this stage, the finish line is finally in sight. With the lighting, technology, and textiles now in place, the final chapter begins as furniture arrives to complete the room. Soon, this once-empty corner of the townhouse will become a fully realized reflection of its owners’ history, style, and warmth.
