I started this brand to tie together my life as a writer & personal life as well. I’ve always loved clothes & have fond memories shoveling snow every winter to gather funds to go shopping as a kid. Right around that same time, I fell in love with graffiti. Cut Backs is a term used in our subculture to touch up or fix your mistakes, in order to make your work look cleaner in the end. While we also “Cut Back” from things that no longer serve a purpose in our day to day lives, whether it be drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, people, etc. So I want these to be a reminder when worn, let go of the past, keep it clean, and come correct.
