In 2006, Wolfgang Puck opened the first CUT in Beverly Hills with a new perspective on the modern steak restaurant.

Twenty years later, CUT has grown from one restaurant into seven around the world, each with its own identity, shaped by its city, its guests, and the incredible people behind it.

At CUT Beverly Hills, Executive Chef Drew Rosenberg brings that philosophy to life through a deep respect for exceptional ingredients and the relationships behind them, visiting the farmers market each week to work directly with local growers and stay connected to the best of California’s seasons.

For our 20th anniversary, Chef Drew welcomed his fellow CUT Executive Chefs back to where it all began. Together in Beverly Hills, seven chefs from Bahrain, Washington, D.C., Singapore, New York, London, Las Vegas, and Beverly Hills reflect on the places that have influenced their cooking, the people who have shaped their careers, and the shared philosophy that connects seven distinct kitchens.
