Helping her Daddy teach boxing class tonight #addieanddaddy #calboxingacademy by @cutman_chip
Yesterday was a very special day... back in the late eighties/early 90's when I was a kid, there was no youth basketball league in Folsom, where I grew up. So my Dad solved that issue by building a very structured, professionally ran recreational basketball league for the youth in our community that came to be known as the Folsom Youth Basketball association or the F.Y.B.A. My Dad spent many long hours with the support from my Mom behind him to put this league together and it is still going strong to this day. Yesterday the F.Y.B.A. had their annual championship tournament, not only did they invite my Dad to attend, they wanted him to say a few words, greet the teams as they were introduced onto the floor, as well as hand out the trophies to the winning teams.... The coolest thing about the whole deal is the F.Y.B.A. wanted to honor my Dad, the founder and first president of the league by naming the tournament after him!! So yesterday we attended the "2026 Chuck Leroy F.Y.B.A tournament "... it was a great day and a very proud moment for me as his Son. by @cutman_chip
