CEAS is closing early on Friday, 10/9, due to Hurricane Isaias, so our team can get home and take care of their families.
Tech support is available through today, Thursday 10/8, until 7 PM CST and Friday 10/9, until 1 PM CST, weather permitting.

We'll resume normal operations Monday, 10/12, at 7 AM CST, depending on the storm's severity. Normal shipping resumes then. Orders placed during the closure will ship in the order received once we’re open.

IDC6 BIKE 2026.11. is out!
If your Bike software is sitting on an older version, you are diagnosing today’s bikes with yesterday’s coverage. New models, systems, wiring diagrams, and technical sheets only show up after the unit is updated. An active subscription does not install itself.

How to get it:
1. Open the IDC6 installer.
2. Check updates on the top right.
3. Select updates & download, and install.
4. If the software asks for a reboot, please perform that command.
5. If you need any assistance, please call support.
