So many ways to move. One very personal reason behind it all. I started teaching Pilates in 2010, and in 2016, I opened C_Wickson with a vision: a space where people feel known, supported, and capable of more than they realize. Today, I’m 36, a mom of three, and incredibly proud of what that vision has become. Motherhood has deepened my understanding of how much we ask of our bodies, how our needs change, and how valuable it is to have a place that makes time for ourselves feel possible. As our community has grown, so have we. We keep learning, refining our teaching, and expanding our offerings with intention. Behind every class is years of experience, thoughtful programming, and a team that cares deeply about the person in front of them. And my team? Incredible. The knowledge, heart, and individual strengths they bring into these rooms are such a huge part of what makes C_Wickson special 🤍 @stretchstrategybyjenna @maryelizmarino @allison._.meyer @erikalarosaaa @ambertomlinrealestate @barre.fit.love @meghanabramson3 @kellichristinewhite @alexdesrosiers__ @serene.moments.llc From mat Pilates and heated classes to yoga, strength training, reformer, tower, and jumpboard, there are so many ways to challenge yourself here. Every offering shares the same foundation: purposeful movement, attention to form, and guidance that meets you where you are. Ten years into owning this studio, I’m still learning, still dreaming, and still pouring my heart into it. I built the beginning. This team and this community have helped make it everything it is today. And I’m so proud to put my name on it.
