Playing 1-on-1 helps improve decision-making and scoring at game speed. With only 7 seconds to score, you have to make quick reads, limit unnecessary dribbles, and find a way to get a bucket.

🏀 Competition Spotlight: Adrian Martinez

Adrian is a very skilled player who was part of my very first training class. It’s been great seeing him grow and come out competing every session. One thing I love about Adrian is his confidence. He’s one of the most confident players I’ve ever met, but he backs it up with the work he puts in and how hard he competes every time he steps on the court. No doubt in my mind that he’s a college-level player. Can’t wait to see what he accomplishes during his senior year. Keep working!
