The broth was rich and comforting, and I could really taste how fresh the ingredients were. I also enjoyed the process of building my own bowl exactly how I like it.

One surprise for me was the garlic bread on the side. I didn’t expect it to go so well with hotpot, but it actually paired really nicely and added something extra to the meal. I’m already thinking about who I should bring with me next time 👀
