The coffee game in Seoul is the strongest of anywhere I’ve been - and I live in Seattle. There seems to be 1 cafe for every 2 citizens of Seoul. Seems about right. A very rad #cyclocross race day at the @mfgcross event at Lemay North 40. Arlo got 3rd in the 1st and 2nd grade category including a gnarly, muddy descent which he opted to send like a pro despite the organizers warning. @blairgreenberg showed how it’s done over the barriers in his race early on. Highlight of the day for me was watching the tandem racers taking their #fireballwhiskey shots, we’ll, in tandem! #tandemonium !
Happy with my 5th place finish but think I’ll have to join the cat 3 racers next time to see how I fair. by @cyansimon

Weisstraviganza 2021 at full swing. 50% through a spectacular and chaotic vacation with my family, most of whom I haven’t seen for 1.5 years. Perfect weather for them all to enjoy the Puget Sound area. And the waterfall swim was definitely a highlight. taken in Brinnon, Washington by @cyansimon

Recovering this morning from 70 miles of the #cascadiasupergravel supergravel. Signed up for the 100 but knew that wasn’t going to happen. Took the cutoff near the end and shortened it though honestly I think I was mentally and physically done at mile 60. @cru_jonez managed to do the full 100 - very impressed. What a brutal day!
One key to finishing this thing was carrying all this food, including a frozen burrito, some homemade mini potatoes slathered in ghee and salt. taken in Capitol State Forest by @cyansimon

So happy to break out of our house arrest thanks to clear air.
