Make peace
With all the women
You once were

Lay flowers
At their feet

Offer them incense
And honey
And forgiveness

Honor them
And give them
Your silence

Listen

Bless them
And let them be

For they are the bones
Of the temple
You sit in now

For they are
The rivers
Of wisdom
Leading you toward
The sea

I have been a thousand different women

We don’t think our way into new ways of being…
We act our way into new thinking
It all comes from small, incremental actions
Stay the course, keep moving.

Yall get out there and get your warm fuzzies doing your part for “democracy” today?!

“Take the only tree that’s left and stuff it up the hole in your culture…”

(also if you ever wonder why I am the way I am it’s because growing up, this album was the soundtrack to my family vacations. Seriously, it was Leonard cohen’s “the Future”, Heart and and Patsy Cline on a steady rotation during the car trips.) by @cyclealchemist

I’d rather swing and miss than 🐓block myself from the jump
Living in the belief that all things are possible, that what I want, wanted me first and harder.
Spirit wouldn’t be lining them up if they didn’t want me to keep knocking em down
Can’t miss.

HOLD THE VISION

You’re going to be tested…

When you think you can’t possibly take any more challenge or hardship
When you think that the manifestation landed, but there’s something slightly off from the full vision…
When you say to yourself, “I got this”, but deep down you know you haven’t put all the reps in yet
When it seems too good/too easy to be true…
When you feel the urge to settle…

HOLD THE LINE AND STAY THE MF COURSE

This is where the alchemy happens, when you double down on who you told the Universe you are
When you flex hard and come in for yet another swing of that BIG DI@K ENERGY for what you KNOW is already yours

It’s darkest before dawn, and the test shows up right before the REAL vision manifests.

Don’t sleep
Flex on yourself.
Get low and dig deep
You got this.

WHAT I LEARNED FROM A YEAR OF CELIBACY

(and 6 years monogamy previous to that)

1. I am the prize- not my body, not my brain, not how hard I can work, not how many transactions I can be a part of… But ME. My spirit, my soul, my essence, my presence, the whole gol’dang package. I am not a snack, I’m not an all you can eat-pick-and-choose buffet. I’m an 8 course meal from a Michelin starred restaurant, and will be treated as such going forward. It’s either full obsession and devotion of ALL parts, or none at all. And the first person to treat me as such? MY-MF-SELF.
2. I am also the problem- Aint nobody coming for me but me, no judge/jury/hangman is harsher than me. And there’s no search party, no rescue other than me. No matter WHAT the circumstances, i have a part. Do unfair and unjust things happen? Of course they do. Did I cause them? Most of the time, I did! I’m a chaos goblin, and have been living my life based on selfishness and self centeredness. I’ve been using other people, places, accomplishments and things to validate my existence, (unbeknownst to me at the time) in the name of connection or freedom or seeking joy. That’s caused some problems and pain in my life. Does that mean I’ve caused ALL the problems in my life? No…But I am responsible for how I respond to ALL my problems. No victims here, only victors.

📣Dance Floor Church Announcement!!📣

@tessdaly_breathwork and myself are collaborating for an evening of somatic movement, and somatic breath work this November

This will be a powerful ceremony, where we invite sensation and embody emotion in the body, call what has been buried forward, burn off what no longer serves, and conjure deeper authenticity.

This is a ritual.
This is a Ceremony.
Come as you are and BE with yourself, and a dope ass community.

This is where we shake it till we regulate it, and feel it to heal it.

Want the deets?
Gimme a BODY below and I’ll send them right over

We’re coming off a full moon in Taurus, in a T square with Pluto. Well, often as astrologers’s assign difficulties, catharsis, and challenges to Pluto, it’s also the planet of deep transformation and where we find “ the riches”. Pluto was also known as Hades, the God who ruled the underworld… and it was in the underworld where precious gems, metals and minerals were unearthed from.
So.
What are you unearthing from adversity?
Are you an alchemist of the gold of your soul?
Dig deep.
It’s worth it.

There’s no amount of explanation that can change the mind of someone determined to misunderstand you.
Not being seen for the truth you are is one of the most painful forms of lonelinesses…
And the grief that comes with the realization that someone needed to create that version of you in order to save themselves FROM themselves is a heaviness like none other
There’s no exhaustion like the burnout that comes from trying to prove yourself to someone committed to misunderstanding

STOP sitting on trial for someone else’s insecurities, someone else’s wounds, and someone else’s work….
Leave them with the version of you they created
Sit in rooms with the people who have eyes to see you
Stop chasing approval from those who will never approve of you
You won’t have to plead your case to the real ones
They will WANT to get you by @cyclealchemist
