RIDER OF THE MONTH: HANNAH 👻✨ When asked why she chooses Cycle Fly, she said, “Why not?!” You can catch Hannah taking the 45 minute flights along with speed and strength, “my favorite part of the ride is when we’re dancing on fly days, and doing arm movements with the weights on speed and strength days. Matching the beat to movements makes the workout so fun!” Outside of the studio you can catch Hannah running, practicing yoga, crocheting, or spending as much time outdoors as possible. She says she loves the CF fam because “the environment is so welcoming, the workouts are accessible for people of all levels… Gianna’s class have helped me feel stronger and more stable in my body, while challenging my physical capabilities and my confidence in my movements” We love you, Hannah! 🫶🏼 by @cycleflystudio
