One year ago, i adopted Dillon from a kill shelter. He weighed 56. Skin & bones. A year later w proper nutrition, a loving family & sister Diana , and a warm bed inside. Dillon now weighs 109 lbs. Diana & Dillon are inseparable now. by @cyclelass

Our lives as infants started on a fresh canvas. Now look at us!!! Yesterday started my largest painting since retiring in the country. The kind of love we should all hope to find. ❤️
Every morning, Diana climbs on top of Dillon, completely confident in her place in his heart. And Dillon? He simply lies there and lets her be herself. No complaints, no resistance—just unconditional love.
Perhaps that's what a beautiful relationship between a man and a woman can look like: a woman who feels secure enough to be completely herself, and a man whose love is strong enough to make room for her—even when she takes up more than her share of the space.
Real love isn't about keeping score or always being comfortable. It's about trust, patience, laughter, and knowing that the person beside you loves you even on the mornings when you sit on their head before breakfast. 🐾❤️
May we all find a love that feels this safe, this confident, and this unconditional. by @cyclelass

Happy birthday to my sweet pooches. We got Diana when she was three months old a year ago in December. Her birthdate was September 7, 2024. DILLON came to us from a kill shelter. The vet estimated that he was eight months old when he came to live with us without a exact date of birth. With that being said, I have given them the same birthday. They are two years old today and the best of friends. Please help me wish them a happy birthday and a life of longevity and health. by @cyclelass
