Great to be a part of the Kolkata City Triathlon 2026 today. Our first attempt at triathlon, with Amit and Deepak taking part. Full Olympic distances starting with a 1.5km swim, then 40km cycling and 10km run.

We also had Sagar, Bicky, Manju and Sumit taking part in the duathlon which was the cycling and running element only.

🏆 Delighted Amit was able to take first in the triathlon...🎉

(Spare a thought for Deepak who was leading and took a tumble from his bike, but still finished)

🏆 Bicky first and Sagar second in the duathlon 🎉🎉

🏆 Manju first in the women's section of duathlon 🎉

Super effort from all the athletes across the board!

Super event incredibly well put together, well done D'Quests.....thanks to all the volunteers, keep up the good work!

Nick, Nipping Out x Cyclelogic Team 🚀🚴🏽🚴🏾‍♀️

“What a day! Cruised out of town and hit the road for 66km until I made it to the rendezvous point with the Future Hope cycling team!
Sunny and the gang were rearing to go and got back on the road for the last 45km into Kolkata. Firstly blasting down the last of the motorway into town in an epic formation and then whizzing and weaving our way through the Kolkata traffic which is always exhilarating.
I was hard pressed to keep up and I am pretty sure they went nowhere near full power ! I was delivered to Future Hope where then entire school was waiting in a massive human corridor screaming as I came round the corner!
Absolutely incredible welcome and I was totally blown away!!” — Nick @polarsteps by @cyclelogicindia

6 months ago Nick “nipped out” from home in the UK to cycle round the world and raise money for Future Hope. Last week on leg 180 we welcomed Nick into Kolkata with a small team of cyclists who rode with Nick from about 50km outside the city. A super achievement so far — keep peddling Nick !

Our cycling team had a super weekend of cycling at the 45th West Bengal Road Cycling Championships.

Well done to Manju for pushing all the way in her time trial and getting the win in juniors. Vicki and Sagar rode well in the time trial and the mass start and earned merit certificates.

Great to be a part of this......team keeps moving forward.....
