I first want to start off by saying a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who came out and helped me celebrate 100 rides at @cyclebarscrippsranch !!!!!

If you missed class today, I talked about how each and every ride has impacted me more deeply than you’ll ever know. Each time was an opportunity to practice my craft and put on a show for you all, from the singing to the dancing with some ocasional twerkalating… you guys stay being my reason why ❤️

Today’s class was a special one, 25 classes in the books! My first big milestone as an instructor during Breast Cancer Awareness month!! 🩷

Every time I hop on that bike and turn that music on, it gets more and more fun.

Huge shoutout to everyone who shows up, digs deep, and brings the energy. I see your hustle and your grit, and I love it.

Oh, and apparently it was International Indoor Cycling Day too? Not a bad way to celebrate. 😉 🚲 💨 taken in CYCLEBAR by @cyclewithadrian
