Meet Riley, my personal trainer at EOS! For the last 10 years I have not spent time investing in my health. A recent bone density scan woke me up! Osteoporosis in my neck (broken neck in 2013) and my right forearm! Weird! Also Osteopenia in my left femur and hip. No more excuses, procrastination, or taking care of others at the expense of my personal health. Riley is a body builder and HS Volleyball Coach. She is young but has the experience and toughness that I respect. I am looking forward to turning this broken body back into a strong powerful dwelling place for my spirit! taken in EōS Fitness by @cyn_ladd

So Mom came out of her bedroom today modeling her swim suit, sun glasses and swim shoes!!! SHE’s 95!!! Her swimming belt arrived from Amazon recently and we had a grab bar installed in the pool. Tomorrow is the big day to get in the water. 💦 🏊‍♀️ 🙏😎 by @cyn_ladd

I had a 2 minute tutorial by Sig Sauer staff on the P320-FLUX LEGION. Incredibly easy to fire, minimal recoil with retractable brace! I want this for my birthday!! taken in SIG SAUER Academy and Experience Center by @cyn_ladd

Last weekend I was one of many top female instructors invited by GOA to train our guests at Sig Sauer Academy. Meeting these ladies and training at this top tier range was a dream come true for me. I’m so thankful for the new friendships I made. I’m trying to tag all of you but if I missed you please comment and I will add you to my list! by @cyn_ladd

Mother-Daughter time at the nail salon. Mom chose English Red because it matches her lipstick. She has never worn fingernail polish or polish on her toenails. She built houses and was always doing manual labor. No need or desire or time for feminine luxuries throughout her life. Today was long overdue. She loved the massage chair and the foot/leg massage along with the hot stones. I think we will be doing this every 30 days. I love you Mom. You have worked so hard all your life. It’s time for you to enjoy being pampered. Thank you Mary for being so gentle with Moms fragile skin. taken in Azona Nail Spa Surprise by @cyn_ladd
