9 energetic queens showed up to Step & Sculpt this morning. If i received a bonus for generating sweat, I could retire after this morning's class. 😅🤪🥵

I'd love to see your face in this photo next week! 📷 by @cyndistaudt

Think they might do the dishes while they're in there? 🤔😹😹 by @cyndistaudt

My sweet granddaughter Sovee is 1 today! 😍🥳

I can't believe a year has flown by already. What a blessing from the Lord to watch you grow into the girl God created you to be. Happy, happy birthday sweet Sovee! 🙏🏻🎂 by @cyndistaudt

Sometimes you have to go back to your roots. 🪾🌳

This church is where my intimate relationship with Jesus found its footing & established it's foundation. ✝️

Here is where I got baptized. 💧💦

Here is where God first stirred my passion for missions 🌎 - where I first prayed, "Here I am, send me." 🙋‍♀️

Here is where I cried out for God to break my heart for what breaks His. 💔

Here is where He gave me a deep desire to share His love with others, especially those who don't know Him. 💜

Here is where He nurtured a deep hunger for His Word & I first read the Bible from cover to cover. 📖

Here is where I got my first opportunity to teach on Jesus. 🗣

Here is where I wrote & led my first 40-day devotional - Transform Your Temple. ✍️

Here is where I humbly served in youth ministry, probably making far more mistakes than impact. 🤦‍♀️

Here is where I not only learned about grace, but received it not just from my Savior but from Jesus-loving Christians who embraced me - mistakes & all. 🕊

Here is where i first learned what a lock-in 🔐 was 😬 & I think I'm still catching up on sleep from those. 😴😄

I love that when I come back here I am still received with love, grace & joy. I see familiar faces and many new ones, but the same God is still being worshipped & the same Jesus still being proclaimed. I will forever be grateful 🙏🏻 for this place and the firm foundation of faith I established here.🙌 by @cyndistaudt

Nothing like a little flying time to refresh the soul! by @cyndistaudt

This is the face of someone who just dropped her sister off at the airport after an amazing week of work, workouts, walks, Hallmark movies, great meals and wonderful quality time. Never enough time with her but I have to let her get back to her hubby and kids I guess.

Thanks for a great week Sheryl Staudt Bradley. Love you lots! 🥰🫶😘 by @cyndistaudt

The cat's out of the bag! 😻

For years Toby has gotten chiropractic care from Raquel Heisse and the improvement has been amazing. Today I decided to try her out for myself and apparently she's just as good with humans as she is with animals.

Thank you Raquel - feeling great! 🙏🏻🥰🤩 by @cyndistaudt

We interrupt this week's writing to see my amazing God daughter Melaina Coomes do her thing! 🤩💧🌊🩵💙 by @cyndistaudt
