On June 20, we embarked on our elevated soul themed supper club from the Elevated Table.

A time was had!

Our guests were attended to and dined on a six- course, 100% plant based elevated soul food, reimagined menu.

Menu included:

- Mac n chese legacy bite
- Chikn' waffle stacker with Chipotle maple syrup
- Fried green tomato with house made mozzarella salad and basalmic glaze
- Oxtail confit over jalapeño cornbread topped with herbed cream cheese and black-eyed pea tuile
- A watermelon with lime zested sugar shot palette cleanser
- Blackened vegan shymp atop a gritcake and baby collard greens with a creamy creole sauce
- Purple sweet potato pie tart with edible flower garnish and edible purple dust

Yum!

The next Elevated Table will be August 15. Sign up for the wait list at www.veganvicki.com to be notified when tickets will be available and menu announced.

See you at The Table!
