My POV: ☺️💞Our first link (this time around) was taking a pilates class together. Now he has his own in house pilates instructor 🥳✨Welcome to Summer ✨A family that stretch together, stays flexible 🙂‍↕️🫶🏾He did my 5k because I was too injured to even walk it. I got a bit emotional watching this back…It reminded me of my Why! It has been such an honor to be a scholarship recipient of @equilibriumpilates! This journey has helped me bring pilates of all forms to so many people. I enjoy sharing my passion with them. It has been such a heavy but fulfilling experience. This work looks easy but it takes a lot of energy, focus, strategy, self preservation and consistency. I’m honored to led so many in this movement.Im down to my last 28 hours of my apprenticeship. About year ago, I began my comprehensive STOTT PILATES® instructor training. It has cracked my world wide open with joy, movement and unforgettable experiences. I deepened my passion at Equilibrium Pilates Studio STOTT pilates training program. I’m so grateful for this movement community. I’m honored to be a member.
