i think i’ve come to the realization that sometimes you can’t sum up a feeling. you can acknowledge that it exists in all its forms but it has no name to go by.
maybe it stays where it was created and lives within the humans it existed between, it stays with those who chose to feel it in those moments. perhaps what you can bring home with you is the energy that was shared, and the energy you wish to sprinkle into your everyday life.

hard, technical, stunning hike traversing a waterfall and rock faces. plan ahead, be prepared and be safe, read your reviews and have fun. this one definitely got the adrenaline going and the legs burning. don’t be afraid to get dirty, you will be fully using your body 😅 we camped overnight at the first lake(my first!) check your forecast, it changes in an instant.

so you put yourself out there.
what’s the worst that could happen? you get to be outside? 🤷🏻‍♀️

joining a run club or two was a position i was never sure id put myself in. did i feel uncomfortable and nervous at first? absolutely. but gaining a community of likeminded friends was worth it to me. not being alone on my running journey was worth it to me. it’s worth it to put yourself out there. say hi, introduce yourself, don’t be afraid to be new at things. taken in White Rock, British Columbia by @cyrenejackson
