Cyrus making his season debut with @risingstars2032 at @_cityismine! 🏀🔥

Going up against some absolute monsters, but Cyrus did a little bit of everything to help the team however he could. The boys held the lead for most of the game but unfortunately let it slip away at the end.

No worries though — this was a great growth game for the team and something to build on. Most importantly, it’s great seeing this kid back out there competing and playing with confidence.

Keep building, keep believing, and onto the next one! 💪🏀

With all the grinding, training, and work he puts in, sometimes I have to remind myself that he’s still just a kid who loves basketball. 🏀❤️

The goals are important, but so is keeping it fun, letting him enjoy the journey, and making memories along the way. Won a silent auction over the weekend and came home with some pretty special Jalen Brunson signed memorabilia for him. 🙌🔥

Work hard, dream big… but never forget why you fell in love with the game.

These “figure it out” drills are some of the best reps you can get. They force you to play with confidence, attack with purpose, and learn through trial and error—figuring out what doesn’t work, what needs to be adjusted, and what eventually becomes a weapon.

First day looking like himself again! 🙌

The shot was falling—even on what might be the toughest rims known to man in the @rod_strickland1 summer league. 😂 But more importantly, his movement is back. His mobility has improved a ton, and he’s finally able to slide with defenders again.

Still work to do getting that explosiveness back, but the progress is real. One step at a time, 1% better every day. 📈💪

Back to work Friday night at @cross_overcamp with some great training partners. Spent most of the session working through tough defenders and figuring things out—that’s where the best reps happen.

Team W today with @risingstars2032 🏆 but the work doesn’t stop there — Cyrus headed over to @jp1bballresults_ for extra reps and put in a great session with @_ps5.

Wrapping up week 6 (final week!) of PT with the knee sitting at 85-90%… then added a sprained ankle and jammed fingers to the mix today 🤦‍♂. The grind is real.

Heading off to vacation and shutting him down for 2 weeks so he can fully heal before we ramp things back up for the rest of the summer. May not be the biggest or the most confident right now — but we’re building a foundation that’s going to matter when that growth spurt hits and when he decides to flip that switch. And when it does? It’s going to be something special.

What a phenomenal Sunday session with @coachmonti97 and training partner @seamus.rogerss — these two went at it all session and both had their moments. 🔥 Cyrus’s shot is looking dialed in and razor sharp. Coach is truly the shot whisperer.

After the session, Cyrus wasn’t done — straight to the weight room for 2+ hours. The hunger is real. This is shaping up to be one heck of a summer, and when he’s fully healthy and truly unleashed… watch out. 1% better every day. 📈📈📈
