Hi Cysters✨

My focus these past few weeks has been on pouring into myself, recognizing that I can’t pour from an empty cup. I’m only doing things that genuinely make me happy. The older I get, the more I realize that life is too short and precious not to choose happiness. Happiness is a choice we get to make every day—make sure you’re choosing it.

Dear Cysters,

For a few months now, I’ve struggled with consistency. My life can be so chaotic and unpredictable that the idea of being consistent often feels out of reach. Some days, the thought of it brings me joy; other days, it makes me anxious. The repetition can feel dull, but there’s beauty in sticking to something. Right now, I’m working on finding my balance with consistency—whether in my faith, mental health, or exploring my creativity side. I wanted to share this because I know others might feel the same. I’m learning to love myself through the process and giving myself the grace to figure it out. But no matter what, I’m committed to showing up anyway 🫶🏾 is consistency something we all struggle with or am I alone? by @cystercircle_

✨Reframing “Failure”✨

I used to dread when Snapchat sent me notifications of memories from years ago. But recently, I’ve shifted my perspective to embrace and appreciate them. I used to look at old photos and feel upset, thinking I had “fallen off” from who I once was. But after five years, I’ve realized I never fell off—I’ve just been growing. Growth shows up as knowledge, experiences, body changes, or new desires, and that’s okay. It’s OKAY to change. Learn to embrace it. From 2019 ➡️ 2024, I’m not the same mentally, physically, or emotionally—and that’s a good thing.

All of these photos/videos were taken on October 4 between 2019 to 2024, with the last one filmed just this morning. No filters, no edits, and no shapewear🤭
