There are camps… and then there are experiences that leave a lasting impact.

It was an honor to serve as Lead Coach for Jalen Brunson’s Guard Camp. To stand alongside an NBA Champion and help invest in the next generation of athletes is something I’ll never take for granted.

What impressed me most wasn’t just Jalen’s talent—it was his willingness to teach. Every drill had a purpose, every breakdown had a lesson, and every conversation challenged these young players to see the game differently. That’s what true leadership looks like.

Congratulations to our two award winners. Your work ethic, attitude, and commitment stood out all camp.

A sincere thank you to my coaching staff. Great coaches create great environments, and this camp was a reflection of everyone’s commitment to the kids.

Shoutout to the entire Nike team for delivering a first-class experience. The attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to creating an unforgettable environment for every camper did not go unnoticed.

Most importantly, I thank God for continuing to place me in rooms where I can serve, lead, and give back through the game that has given so much to me.

The mission has always been bigger than basketball. It’s about creating opportunities, building confidence, and helping shape the next generation—one player at a time.

Presents: #tbt Rice there will be two freshmen playing varsity: Lamont Jones, a 5-10 guard, and Durand Scott, a 6-3 guard. They are considered two of the best players in the class. St. Raymond’s has four freshmen who will keep the competition high. Kevin Parrom, a 6-4 forward, will play varsity this season. His classmates, Tyreak John-son, a 5-10 guard, Omari Lawrence, a 6-2 guard, and Armand Thomas, a 6-5 for-ward, will also push him. (Thanks @teddyportwine21 )
Molloy’s three freshmen are also considered by Miciotta to be special. Jin Hong, a 6-5 guard, Ryan Dillon, a 6-3 guard, and Russ Smith, a 5-10 point guard, will be fun to watch. Bishop Lough-lin may havelost Stephenson to Lincoln

THROWBACK THURSDAY Durand Scott Miami (2009-13) 🔥🔥

The Bronx, NY native averaged 13.1 PPG 4.0 RPG 2.6 APG while also being named ACC Defensive Player of the Year during his senior season

Scott was a 2x Honorable Mention All-ACC nominee and was apart of the Hurricanes Sweet Sixteen team in 2013

He ranks #5 in assists, #7 in steals, and #9 in career points scored in each category of the All-Time Miami statistical leader lists
