We’re proud to announce that ‘Got Next’ a Hoopsfix short documentary film will debut at an exclusive red-carpet event this Friday in Salt Lake City, Utah as part of #NBAAllStar 2023.
 The film, directed by Daniel Arróniz and Sam Neter, is part of “NBA Films for Fans,” a global initiative that engaged filmmakers from 11 countries to develop 24 short documentary films celebrating the NBA and basketball from each of their respective cultural perspectives.  It documents the story of Hoopsfix Elite’s memorable victory over California Basketball Club last summer at the Copper Box Arena.  Got Next will be available to view exclusively on the NBA App from February 20th.  —CREDITS— Produced by @hoopsfix for @nba

Presentamos “Karim: de la H” en @summerleaguefilmfestival de Las Vegas.

Un documental de @eleva.la , en alianza con Victory Sports Media, líder en la producción de contenido deportivo de alta calidad. Centrada en la narración de historias impactantes, Victory crea una extensa biblioteca de documentales, series documentales y contenido de marca, colaborando con atletas legendarios y cineastas visionarios. Entre sus producciones destacan: The Great Debate with Charles Barkley de TNT, nominada al Emmy; Michelle Wie: Dream Big de Peacock; y la esperada serie sobre Kobe Bryant, BEAN.

El documental es dirigido por Daniel Arróniz y cuenta con la producción ejecutiva de Ricardo Torres, quienes acompañan a Karim López durante la temporada más importante de su vida, mientras recorre sus orígenes en Sonora, su salida de México con solo 14 años para perseguir su sueño, el papel fundamental de su familia y el peso de convertirse en el primer jugador nacido en México elegido en la primera ronda del Draft de la NBA.

A través de los testimonios de Chino López, Claudia Mondaca y otros protagonistas como Ricky Rubio, Carín León, Mark Spears y Omar Quintero, la película construye un retrato íntimo sobre la identidad, el sacrificio y todo lo que hay detrás de un sueño, conectando la historia de Karim con el legado del básquet mexicano y quienes hicieron posible este momento.
