Want more power, consistency, and spin on your forehand? 🎾 Try these 5 simple steps:

1) Turn your shoulders.
Keep both hands on the racket as you prepare.

2) Release your left hand.
Let go with your non-dominant hand as you start your swing

3) Drop the racket head.
Let the racket drop below the ball to set up your swing path.

4) Brush up and through.
Swing low to high, brushing up the back of the ball to create spin, power, and shape.

5) Finish and hold.
Complete your follow-through and hold your finish for balance and control.

Simple, repeatable, and effective. by @d.dtennis

As a tennis coach who spends hours a day running around and moving, it’s so nice to find tennis clothes that are both comfortable and cute! 🎾🤍 @shopaceandgrace has the most comfortable outfits while still keeping you stylish on the court. Love this dress! taken in Malibu, California by @d.dtennis
