From serving to virtual sales.

I took a leap of faith, went all in on myself, and made a decision that completely changed my life.

Virtual sales changed me far beyond financially. It forced me to grow in confidence, discipline, leadership, mindset, and most importantly, my faith.

Betting on myself was scary, but it became one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Still growing. Still learning. Still nowhere close to finishing writing my own story. 🙏🚀 by @d.shepherd34

Life lately. Staying busy, chasing bigger goals, making memories, and enjoying everything that comes with it. Life has changed a lot, but in the best ways. Grateful for where I’m at, the people around me, and even more excited for everything that’s still ahead. 🙏 by @d.shepherd34

“I’m trying…”

I’ve learned that growth and comfort rarely exist in the same place.

I’m nothing special. God has blessed me with an incredible opportunity, but I’ve had to be willing to get uncomfortable, take risks, stay coachable, and constantly work to become a better version of myself.

Get comfortable being uncomfortable. 👊 by @d.shepherd34

If you want to know where I’m going and how I got here in less than 24 months…

I didn’t start with any special gifts, connections, or advantages.

Just a willingness to work harder, stay coachable, and keep showing up.

And I’m still just getting started.

If you want to know how I did it—and where I’m headed next…

Crazy to think…

Just over 2.5 years ago, I was working at a sushi restaurant with no real direction, stuck in the cycle of trading my time for a paycheck.

Then I made one decision.

I bet on myself.

I walked away from the comfort of a guaranteed paycheck and committed to building something bigger than I ever thought was possible.

Now my life has completely changed. I’ve grown more in the last 2.5 years than I ever imagined, and I’m grateful for every challenge, setback, and lesson along the way.

This journey has taught me that your future can change the moment you decide to stop playing it safe.

And the craziest part…

We’re just getting started. 🚀#lifestyle #newopportunity #businesslife #sales by @d.shepherd34

Started with a vision, followed it with the work, and now the lifestyle is catching up. Still only getting started. by @d.shepherd34

Grateful for this opportunity… but even more fired up by what it’s creating for others.

Last week’s top earners didn’t get lucky — they put the work in and worked the hours no one wanted to. And now they’re getting paid for it.

That’s the part people don’t see… this isn’t just income, it’s growth, confidence, and a whole new level of life.

If you’re hungry, competitive, and open to learning — this might be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

It was consistency, accountability, and people leveling up.

Almost everyone on the team hit a personal record
while we set a new team standard.

Proud of the squad.

🔥 From struggling to scaling.

Year 1 nearly broke him… Year 2 he increased his income by 400% and now leads a team of 8 advisors.
Most people quit right before the breakthrough — he refused.

If you’re hungry, coachable, and ready to change your life, this is the environment for you. 🚀

Lately I’ve just been focused on being present, appreciating the little things, and really living life to the fullest. Every day feels like a chance to grow, enjoy, and connect deeper with the people around me. I’ve been loving where I’m at, and even more excited about where I’m headed. Grateful for this life, and loving every moment of it. #insidesales #lifestyle #newopportunity #futurefocused #chasingbetter #buildthelifeyouwant by @d.shepherd34
