Yesterday I finished 75 hard. Tweaked a couple things. Thus entitled, “75 NiK’s.”

Starting weight: 208.6
End weight: 187

I needed to prove to myself that the consistency and discipline has always been there , it just needed to be brought out into the light. The mind can be a powerful force if you choose to train it every day. Grateful for this experience.

To be alive and breathing is a blessing.

To be able to transform your vessel through every single obstacle is unparalleled.

If you’re struggling in any aspect of your life (mental health issues, injuries, stagnation, etc.), the only way out is through. Doing the work. With no excuses. Positive Mental Attitude. Others may help a little along the way but the only person that is going to get you through it is yourself. Train your mind. Focus on self. Lock in on YOURSELF.

Stop talking about what you’ve been through and start showing people who you are becoming.

Discipline is built in motion, not in thought.

The present moment isn’t where we suffer. It’s where we heal.

Solve et Coagula.

This post is for me to have something to look back on and reflect. I did this for me and only me. Didn’t really want to post about it but one should be proud of the things they accomplished. Knowledge is power and I learned a lot about myself through this journey. Stoked for the next journey ahead.

I’m not what or where I should be but thank God I’m not what I once was.

Grateful for this life.

Grateful for the next chapter.

Onward.

7 years sober today from alcohol and psych meds.

Grateful to be here.

Never stop creating. In every aspect.

Energy aligned. Mind centered. There is a lesson in everything. You are what you put out into the universe. Recognition is key.

It’s good to disconnect from social media and focus on the real energy at present. Creating is a blessing. Sitting on a lot of art and focusing on slowly getting it out there. Having technical difficulties with my Etsy shop at the moment with this painting but this will be updated soon. For now, this is one of the biggest paintings I’ve ever done. Very happy with how it came out and stoked to finally put it out there. If it resonates just let me know. Have a lot more coming. Thx 💫

Diving into a deeper awareness of our true nature, of reality, shifting. Forever shifting. Recognition is key. Disconnection to this realm surfaces the others. What we actually know is so minimal. So much to learn. Yet…. Applications on screens designed to narcotize. Desensitize. Lull one into madness. Only a two week break and will be deleted again soon. Your mind is the ultimate weapon. True knowledge is power.

Note to myself.

Made the mistake of stepping on the scale this morning and got emotional. 204 ain’t me. The only person to hold you accountable is yourself, hence this post. This is a reminder to myself that I am better than this. My mental health can and will be better than this. I feel as if I’ve been lurking in the shadows mentally and it’s definitely affecting me physically. Been consistent the past couple weeks and happy about it. Forward and Onward.

The calm that soothes the storm.

Yesterday I turned 39 and today I am 6 years alcohol free. Blessed to wake up every morning breathing. Grateful to experience life from a sober perspective. Thankful for my weaknesses because they taught me my strengths. Fortunate to have walked through the fires of Hell and came back stronger. Eternally indebted to the stars for showing me the way.

This path has been the hardest, loneliest and toughest journey I’ve ever experienced. Yet, I remain grateful. For those with mental health and addiction issues, know that the Light will always prevail. Even in the darkest of times.

Recognition is key.
