You’re only as old as you feel‼️ My guy Don is a 62 year old Marine Corps Veteran with double knee replacement. If he can get in the gym and strength train, then there’s no reason you can’t 🙅🏿‍♂️ Don’t wait till your doctor tells you that you need to. Get up! 🗣️#LETSGETACTIVE🪓

Huge shoutout to my guy Abhinav! In just a month, he was able to lose 16lbs and about 3% body fat 🔥

He has been extremely dedicated since we started working together and he’s already started to reap the benefits 😤

This is what happens when you trust the process!

I want to send a really big shoutout out and farewell to my client Apoo! @apoo____7 She’s leaving me for a job opportunity in India 😢 Since only February of this year, she was able to lose about 23lbs and about 5% body fat. I’m so proud of the progress that you were able to make in such a short time and I wish you nothing but the best on your new journey 🙏🏿 #LETSGETACTIVE🪓 by @d1_rob48
