Armed with guitars, mics, and a handful of lights, we descended 165 feet into the earth for an evening of songs and stories with Rita Taylor, Willy Tea Taylor, and his Cave Dwellership. Their songs reverberated through this underground cathedral, serenading us, the ancient walls, and maybe even a mythical cave creature or two, lulling them into a hundred years sleep.

Some concerts are heard. Others are experienced. This is one we will remember for a long time. Thank you to everyone on the crew who made this event possible.

you can catch me in the alleyway THIS saturday at @sonorataproom 7:30-10! come hangout and grab a tasty pint 🍻

next month i’m heading over to bear valley on hwy 4 for hermit fest! i’ll be playing sunday the 13th around 1pm. should be a nice revival to wrap up a weekend of music in the mountains

some simply overlooked favorite photographs of 2025~

yet again, as i look at the calendar and try to wrap my head around the fact of it being the fourth day of a month i’ve yet to accept is here; i am reminded of the slow churn, the weird and steady way of time.

on this revolution, i am finding myself content. i am absent of want, of expectation. i’ve stopped wishing away my youth. i’m grateful for where i am; it never fails to surprise me, how i never stop learning- i never want to, and i know that as long as i keep my ears, heart, and mind open, well-reasoned, and clear- that i never have to stop learning from everyone and everything i encounter.

i am grateful to be constantly surrounded by music; i am grateful to be grasping (finally) what genuinely fulfills my soul and what does not. the truth of those discoveries have been illuminating, and occasionally painful. but in those evaluations of my self, i have shed so much fear of sharing the things that i create. i am here and now.
