“A horse gallops with his lungs, perseveres with his heart and wins with his character.” – TesioI miss the old days on Instagram where we had #Throwback Tuesdays or Thursdays…. a little space to pause, look back and share meaningful memories. So here’s a little throwback from a wonderful day we spent together.We came for the World Horse Day celebration and left with so much more… memorable moments, new experiences and a deeper appreciation for the incredible work @equal.sg do.What touched me was learning that many of these beautiful horses are rescues. Despite their own journeys, they now play an important role in supporting and connecting with others through equine-assisted therapy. There is something truly special about how they give comfort, build confidence and create moments of healing. Equine-assisted therapy is all about simple interactions, where horses help encourage confidence, emotional awareness communication and a sense of calm. Seeing my trio interact with the horses was a truly special moment. Watching them slow down, approach with patience and gentleness and form a quiet connection with these beautiful souls was incredibly heartwarming.The moments that shape little hearts in the most beautiful ways.
