Hair for Church’s music video In the Mood for Love.

Hair design is inspired by a mixture of Alexander McQueen 1998 VH1 award acceptance look and by rat/ horse tails, a prominent hair style in Samoan culture.

Honour to be apart of this incredible project with the best people. I love my life because I get to share it with all of you.

𝐀 𝐌𝐢𝐦𝐢 𝐼𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑟𝑛𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙 𝑆𝑝𝑒𝑐𝑖𝑎𝑙 starring @gulamalacca ⭐️ 𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚 (𝐬𝐡𝐞/𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲), also known as Belly or Gula, is a TRANSnational performing artist, Directrix, pleasure worker & facilitator, and holistic BDSM practitioner. Born in Indonesia of Peranakan descent (mixed Chinese and Malay/Indonesian heritage), they have lived in Los Angeles and New York since 2009, before relocating to Bali in 2023. Belinda’s work is deeply influenced by their multidimensional identity, diasporic memories, and dreams. They embody the cyclical dance of leaving and returning home, cultivating a sense of belonging as a multiracial queer kinky Southeast Asian navigating the paradoxes of East, West, and beyond.
