Hi! We’re Joey and Daton, the faces behind Kiwi’s Cones!

For a long time we have been dreaming about bringing New Zealand style ice cream to Bellingham. Well… some things fell into place and we bought our ice cream cart in June and have been working hard ever since to get it up and running.

We’re so excited to finally be here, and we’d love your support as we get this small business off the ground!

Our home base will be at K2, Kulshan Brewing on Kentucky, but keep an eye out for us around town at events too. Our opening weekend will be THIS WEEKEND at @nwtuneup down at Trackside, so come find us and say hi!!

More to come soon. Thanks for being here from the start 🍦

So stoked on how these turned out. I’m even more excited to ride them though.

Felt so good to remember to jump today, but I'm definitely going to need a good lawyer!

Shout out @cooper_918 @amiasg for the invite and inspiration.

I forget sometimes just how much fun little bikes are! It's been a blast getting this steed built up and ripping it around the desert. This bike has been able to do it all, from XC laps to chunky fast descents. Thanks @srammtb and @rockshox for keeping me riding smooth, fast, and in style.

What an epic long weekend! Here's a photo dump of some of the many great memories that were made. From great laps at Purgatory, to laps near Engineer MTN, to epic double rainbows, to the Petrified Forest. This was truly a weekend to remember! Even with the rainy tent camping.

Thank you to @hay.iloveplants @jcp_mtb @hannahrussert @joel_ronayne and @catgiuseffi for being a part of it all and making the trip amazing.

Yeah, it’s really that good 😎

I still can’t believe the difference the new @rockshox suspension makes on the relentless rocky descents in Arizona. My @pivotcycles Firebird has been feeling so planted with these upgrades it’s confidence inspiring going into the loosest and chunkiest of lines.

The new @rockshox suspension line my up is a real game changer - good just got just a whole lot betta!

I’ve had the pleasure of putting the new Zeb and Super Deluxe Coil on my bike and can say with confidence, it's the best suspension I have ever ridden. The stand out features for me on the Zeb are the butter cups and the new damper. The air spring is a massive upgrade as well, but the vibration damping you get from the butter cups is something you can feel right away, from riding gravel roads to smashing down chunky descents. Suspension set up is often over complicated, I really believe that @rockshox has nailed ease of suspension set up with this new line up - allowing you to enjoy the full greatness of the new Charger 3 damper faster.

Not to be forgotten, the new Super Deluxe Coil has one of the biggest upgrades in my mind; the addition of a hydraulic bottom out. I've been running coils for years now and my only real gripe is the somewhat harsh bottom out feel due to the fact that the linear ramp just ends, but with the new HBO the shock has far softer and more manageable bottom out manners. You can adjust the amount of bottom out support you want. And just like the forks, rockshox has made it easy to understand and set up your shock, with marks denoting if you are firmer or softer than the prescribe tune for the shock.

All around the new products are certain to shake the industry and I truly believe it will push riders to new heights, I know it has certainly made me faster and more confident on challenging descents.

It's amazing how far these things can take you...

On trail and in life.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I freaking love the ZEB fork. It was an impressive package riding it in the PNW, but after being able to ride it on the chcuky rock descents of AZ, I can really appreciate the added stiffness you get with it. The ability to hold lines is insane!!
If you haven't ridden one, I would certainly recommend you go out and find on to ride or to add to your bike (if it fits😂#pleasedontruinyourgeo)
