I got to do something pretty freaking cool on this long weekend. I shot some outside video for this 4 way belly team as they practiced for Nationals. This is something I've wanted to do since I started jumping. It really pushed me. To see it all come together on these jumps was really gratifying.

Cutaway #4 happened last weekend on safety day.
The thought process running through my head as I was spiral out of control to the ground.
-I can fix this
-I should cutaway
-I don't want to cutaway this high and have my canopy fly away
-I cant grab my toggles
-oh fuck im spinning really fast
-I can counter act the spin with my right rear riser
-I stopped the spiraling, Hooray
-oh fuck i didn't fix anything
-I don't have an AAD
-cutaway
-Im safe
So much can run through your mind at such an incredible rate. I was luck to have not blacked out.
I'm happy to be here and to have not ended up as another incident to be talked about on the next safety day. by @d_pnw
