What you see on stage is only part of the story. 🎻

Behind every performance are hours and hours of rehearsals, practice, dedication, and hard work.

Our Symphony Orchestra has earned an invitation to perform at The Midwest Clinic in Chicago this December, and we want to make sure every student has the opportunity to be there.

Please consider supporting their journey. No donation is too small - every single gift makes an impact. ❤️

A little appreciation post for the two people behind so much of what we do. 🎻❤️

Their time, talent, patience and dedication to our students make the Douglas Anderson Orchestra what it is. From rehearsals and performances to everything happening behind the scenes, they pour so much into this program and these young musicians.

We truly couldn’t do it without them. Thank you for everything you do! by @da.orchestra

You can hear the passion in the halls. 🎻❤️

We were honored to welcome Professor Anthony Hose, orchestra conductor from Stetson University, as a guest conductor. Experiences like this give our students the chance to learn, grow, and work with incredible musicians beyond the DA stage.

Thank you, Professor Hose, for sharing your time and talent with our students! 🎻 taken in Douglas Anderson School of the Arts by @da.orchestra

BIG congratulations to our own Graham Guiler on being named a 2027 National Merit Semifinalist! 🎉

Graham is just as impressive on the stage as he is in the classroom, playing double bass in both our Chamber and Symphony Orchestras, as well as bass in Jazz Ensemble I. 🎶

We’re incredibly proud of you, Graham! Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition! by @da.orchestra
