CHARLIE CHAPLIN #OldWorkWednesdays Shhhsssshh was not extremely busy and missed a month. That did not happen 🤫. This was a lovely way to spend a day. C'EST PARFAIT #OldWorkWednesdays (Absolutely not delayed because YouTube decided to be difficult 😬) I try not to be too obvious with the films and filmmakers who inspire me... although the audience is probably better placed to judge that 🕵‍♂️. Anyhoo this time I switched that up. C'est Parfait is a very direct exploration into my love of French cinema. I'm going to end this thought here before I spend the next few days daydreaming conversations about the works of Godard and friends (and enemies). I really enjoyed making this and luckily had an incredible team, who are well versed in exceeding expectations. THE GAME #OldWorkWednesdays Written and filmed within 37 hours for a competition. No idea why it was 37 hours, oddly specific so just assumed they had their reasons 🤔. Cast and Crew were exceptional in stepping up and being game for such a setup. Back to the 37 hour thingy... what a stress factory that is eh? Sometimes it's nice to have such intense restrictions, can help creativity in a bizarre way. Can't say it's something I want to do often but it's (somewhat annoyingly) a great change of pace and an excuse to just keep making things. Also another cameo by yours truly, totally spoiling the world with these. Will need to put a stop to it.
