LET’S TALK SEASONAL DEPRESSION! 🍁

Also Known as the “Winter Blues” 🥶

it is a real thing and many of us deal with it in the coming cold months every year. It can be caused by a plethora of things such as shorter days or even because of the lack of sunlight, but there are ways to avoid it:

• Get Active - soaking up as much sun as you can in the winter months can help. whilst your up and active you won’t have time to even focus on being down, trust me.

• Finding fun hobbies - These don’t have to be niche based, but can be something fun to keep you busy and happy. I find painting and cooking help me best and keep me on my toes… Do whatever makes you happy even if it means trying something new!

• Getting your HAIR DONE - Last but not least, getting your hair done can be a great mood booster and can help aid in these trying times as well, trust me. Hair depression itself is something on its own, but a lot of people tend to think winter means you don’t need to pamper yourself and that is NOT the case! Pouring into yourself is the best way to keep you happy and feeling your best self. When you look good, you feel good !

I normally don’t talk about such serious topics on my page but it is the season of GRATITUDE 🙏🏾 and I am thankful for my business and if I can make just one person’s day then i’m the happiest girl in the world! I’m very passionate about hair and can wait to see my little business blossom 🥹.

November bookings currently available 🍂, feel free to message me for all inquiries 🫶🏾.
