Thank you, God, for placing me at Thee Savannah State University—a place that became more than just a school, but a home. Being here has shaped me in ways I never imagined. I’ve grown mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. I learned what it means to lead, to serve, to stand strong in who I am. I’ve experienced joy, love, challenges, and breakthroughs all in one campus. Every moment, every lesson, every connection was part of Your perfect plan.

To my support system—my family—thank you for always being by my side. Thank you for your constant love, prayers, and encouragement. You’ve been my foundation, reminding me of who I am and what I’m capable of, even when I couldn’t see it myself. Your belief in me carried me through every chapter of this journey.

To my Savannah State family—thank you. To the friends I’ve made, the sisters and brothers I’ve gained, the organizations that welcomed me in, and every person who poured into me—thank you. Thank you for the long nights, the laughs, the last-minute sessions, and the moments when I almost gave up, but didn’t. You reminded me to keep going, to stay grounded, and to trust in what’s already been written for me.

Thank you to Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated for welcoming me into your sisterhood. Ever since I was a little girl, being surrounded by Alpha women opened my eyes to the type of woman I wanted to be—graceful, impactful, and strong. This journey has been a dream fulfilled, a chapter of purpose and pride that I will carry with me forever.

To my SISTERS, I thank you for everything for the laughs, the hugs, the long nights, and the constant support. I’m filled with joy knowing I don’t just have line sisters or sorors I have forever sisters. You all have poured into me in ways I’ll never forget, and I’m beyond blessed to do life with you from this point on.

To my PROS, thank you for the talks, the guidance, and the encouragement. Thank you for believing in me even when I doubted myself. Your words reminded me of my strength, your actions showed me the way, and your love pushed me to grow. I’ll always carry your lessons with pride and gratitude.

Thank you to the College of Business Administration for shaping not only my knowledge but my character. From every group project to every lesson in leadership, COBA has poured into me in ways I’ll never forget. I’m walking away with more than a degree—I’m walking away with the mindset, discipline, and ambition to thrive in any room I step into.

To the brothers of Delta Sigma Pi, the best business fraternity to ever be founded — thank you. This brotherhood taught me how to lead with intention, serve with integrity, and show up with pride. I will forever be grateful to the organization that truly stands on business and stood by me as I grew into the leader I was meant to be.

This journey tested me, stretched me, and refined me—but it never broke me. I came in with potential, and I’m leaving with purpose. The woman walking out today knows exactly who she is and what she’s capable of.
