It was a very chilly one yesterday without much sun so to those who stopped by I have extra gratitude.

It wasn't a sell out of everything kind of day but I'm not mad at yesterday's sales.

Herbed Foccacia and Oatmeal Cherry Cookies sold out.

It got very close with Brown Butter Double Chocolate Chip Cookies and Maple Almond Granola.

Two more weekends left for Artisanal Bakes @unitymarketsny

Tomorrow is going to be a bit chilly 🍂

I'll be at the market fully bundled up with possibly a throw blanket from 10:30am to 4:30pm 😏

Tis the season!

Toasted pumpkin seeds that are ground into the all purpose flour for the seasonal Toasted Pumpkin Seed Muffins that are new to the menu.

Made with brown butter and your usual pumpkin spice spices including cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg!

Fun Fact: the stuff you're used to seeing canned and labeled as "pumpkin puree" isn't actual pumpkin and honestly, it isn't very flavorful in my humble opinion

Even when Starbucks initially launched the "pumpkin spiced latte" as we've come to know it, the public was very confused as to whether or not it contained actual pumpkin in the latte 🤷🏾‍♀️

Here's my delicious take to kind of poke fun at the trend yet offer something different that you'll never forget about 😏

I'm a little late on my thank you's today!

Yesterday was gorgeous. Thank you to everyone who missed me and decided to pay me a visit! It was so awesome to see all of you.

I'm noticing more of you indulging in the Oatmeal Cherry Cookies as well as the Double Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪

No more tomato focaccia moving forward. But I will cook up a new and most importantly, delicious focaccia flavor. Roasted Bell Pepper & Zucchini will live to see another week 😋

🌹🍑 Rose Scented Nectarine & Pistachio Tart

A delicate tart featuring a layer of pistachio frangipane, a layer of white chocolate pistachio ganache, and ripe New Jersey nectarines gently poached in rose syrup.

Garnished with toasted pistachios and a delicate white chocolate butterfly.

A beautiful combination of floral, fruity, and nutty notes, bringing together the sweetness of ripe nectarines, the richness of pistachio, and the delicate aroma of rose.
