A couple years ago I asked @kunlelifts_ for nutrition advice on the novo gym floor and his response made me feel a bit sick. I wanted to cut all my weight in a few months - his question to me was, if you’ve put all this weight on over a couple of years - why do you think you’re going to lose it in just a a few months?

And if you do, the likelihood of you keeping it off is low because you will crash and yoyo. Wasn’t what I wanted to hear but it defo was what I needed to hear. I took a step back and thought fuck it, I’m not in a rush. I’ll just work on making training habitual and track my calories at a much steadier rate across a longer period. I’m glad I’ve taken that approach because now I can’t imagine going back.
