Life is for the living.

This realization hit me as I stood at a crossroads, yearning to embrace the world around me. Transitioning from merely existing to truly living brought me peace with nature and enriched my life with diverse perspectives. My journey was deeply influenced by @nomadnestafrica , an incredible organization that guided me toward the life I had always dreamed of.

It all began with a desire for more—a need to break free from the monotony of daily life. I craved experiences that would connect me with nature’s raw beauty and the vibrant stories of people. NomadNestAfrican provided the perfect opportunity. Their support led me across stunning landscapes, from serene mountains to lush forests. Immersing myself in nature, I found a deep sense of peace and belonging.

The true magic of this journey lay in the people I met. Every encounter was a lesson, every conversation a glimpse into different lives. From seasoned travelers to welcoming locals, each person added a unique chapter to my story. Their perspectives allowed me to see the world anew, and their stories became part of my own.

Thanks to @nomadnestafrica , I wasn’t just visiting places; I was building connections and forming friendships that transcended borders and backgrounds. These amazing friends have become an integral part of my life, creating memories I will cherish forever. Their companionship and shared adventures have reinforced my belief that life is for the living.

Now, I am committed to living, not just existing. My journey continues, and I look forward to more adventures with the incredible people I’ve met. Life is for the living, and I choose to embrace every moment, every experience, and every connection. To my friends, old and new, let’s continue this journey together, over and over again, savoring the richness of life that lies ahead.

Happy Birthday to the strongest woman I know, my Mom.

People always say they have the best mom, but mine truly earned that title by defying the odds.

Thirty-five years ago, my mom became a single mother not by choice. But through every challenge, God stood by her, strengthened her, and gave her the grace to keep going.

Against all odds, she single-handedly raised six children with love, dignity, resilience, and unwavering faith in God. She accomplished what many would say even two people couldn’t do, and she did it with grace.

I’m always proud to speak about my mom anywhere because she is living proof that with God, all things are possible. She beat the odds, and her life continues to inspire everyone who knows her.

I celebrate you every single day. As you journey toward your 80th birthday in the coming years, my one prayer is that God grants you many more years in good health so you can witness even greater blessings and all the greatness you’ve prayed for in our lives.

I love you so much, Mom. And yes, I know I’m your favorite that’s why I bully you so much. But every bit of it comes from a place of love.

Happy Birthday, my Queen. May God continue to strengthen you, bless you abundantly, and reward you for every sacrifice you’ve made. We are who we are today because of your love, your prayers, and your unwavering strength.
